Shipping Policy

Delivery time period

Orders are delivered within 9-10 working days.

Please note: Customized shoes will be shipped out 3-4 days after the order is placed as these products are made-to- order.

Shipping charges

We provide free shipping if you select online mode of payment

There will be a shipping charge of Rs.100 per product if you select COD as mode of payment

Tracking your order

We currently do not have integrated order tracking, so we will provide you the third party tracking id by our courier partners  by  which you can track your order easily 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available and charged Rs.100 per product

Exchange & Return Policy

1. In case of exchange drop us a mail at care@jolaa.in specifying your reason of exchange along with your order details , our care support will contact you after that

2.Customers can exchange their order within  10 days of the order delivery

3. All exchange must be in clean and good condition with all original tags and packaging intact

4. New product will be dispatched after receiving the products and quality check.

5.For all exchanges, you will need to self ship your product to the address given or we can pick it up depending on the service of reverse pickup available.We recommend using 'Speed Post' as your courier service.Speed post is a Government of India owned entity and has the most widely distributed postal network in India.

6.You can opt for a one time exchange in the same category.

7.There is no exchange in case of customized products.

8.We do not accept returns once a product is sold. We only offer exchange.
